1) Day-to-Day Booking Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to standard, non-airport bookings made through the Sway app.

  • At Sway, our aim is to provide an efficient and reliable service for everyone. To help us achieve this, a standard cancellation fee of £3.75 is applied in the following circumstances:

    • The driver has been dispatched to your location.

    • The passenger does not show up after the driver arrives.

    This fee helps ensure that bookings are made thoughtfully, and that our drivers and their vehicles remain available to serve other passengers promptly.

2) Airport Booking Cancellation Policy

This policy applies specifically to bookings made for airport runs through the Sway app.

  • Cancellation Window:

    Up to 24 hours before pickup:

    75% refund of the total booking fee.

    Less than 12 hours but more than 6 hours before pickup:

    50% refund of the total booking fee.

    Less than 6 hours before pickup:

    25% refund of the total booking fee.
